Anson Mulder grew up sailing with his father on Lake Michigan, building a foundation that would evolve into a lifelong career on the water. After graduating from Michigan State University, he moved to South Florida, where he immersed himself in competitive sailing and yacht racing. Over the last 25 years, Anson has served as trimmer, tactician, navigator, helmsman, and campaign manager, contributing to victories in premier handicap and one-design events throughout the Caribbean, East Coast, and Great Lakes.
More recently, Anson has focused on ocean racing and bluewater passagemaking, logging thousands of offshore miles annually. His offshore experience includes a section win in the Transatlantic Race, along with extensive delivery and passagemaking work that gives him a deep understanding of safe, efficient offshore performance and cruising.
Anson brings a comprehensive skill set in sail service, optimization, and consultation. Whether daysailing, refining a race program, or preparing a boat for global cruising, he provides hands-on expertise to help sailors get the most out of their sails and their time on the water.
