The Program
Our Sailmaker Certification Program is designed to prepare you for a career within Quantum Sails. You'll gain hands-on experience in live loft environments in the U.S. and Europe, complemented by online guided learning and in-person workshops led by industry-leading experts. Each participant receives a customized development plan over 24 months, tailored to their existing skill set and chosen specialization. Top candidates may receive travel support for training and events. Graduates earn a certification recognized throughout the entire Quantum Sails global network.
These full-time roles continue locally after training, and relocation is optional. You will join a passionate global community driving the future of sailmaking. Beyond professional skills, you'll join a passionate, ambitious global community shaping the future of sailmaking.
Who Should Apply
We're looking for passionate sailors and aspiring sailmakers eager to learn, grow, and innovate. This is a highly competitive program, and while no prior experience is required, it is highly recommended.
